A Study to Assess the Effectiveness of Structured Teaching Program on Knowledge Regarding Prevention of Infection among the Staff Nurses Working in Hemodialysis unit in Selected Hospitals in Chhattisgarh state, India

Abstract: The effectiveness of structured teaching program was assessed based on the knowledge of staff nurses working in the hemodialysis unit regarding the prevention of infection. To compare the knowledge between control and experimental group used pretest and post test with the help of demographic variables and their association. Research approach used for the study was experimental approach & quasi experimental research design. The non probability purposive sampling technique was used and the statistical method applied for the study. The study was conducted in the selected hospital in Chattisgarh state, India.
