Abstract: Challenges of Medical Cyber Physical System Syeeda Mujeebunnisa, B. E, M. Tech Assistant professor Department of BCA Bapu Degree College Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore 9741640828 syeeda456@gmail. com Cyber-physical systems (CPS) can be viewed as a new generation of systems with integrated control, communication and computational capabilities. Like the internet transformed how humans interact with one another, cyber-physical systems will transform how people interact with the physical world. Medical Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) refers to modern medical technologies in Which sophisticated and highly complex embedded systems equipped with network Communication capabilities are responsible for monitoring and controlling the physical dynamics of patients bodies. These systems share a key characteristic the tight integration of digital computation, responsible for control and communication in discrete-time with a physical system, obeying laws of physics and evolving in continuous time. The contributions made by this paper includes a survey of existing cyber-physical systems, depiction of the CPS scenario with respect to the essential components such as application, architecture, sensing, data management, computation, communication, security, and control/actuation and research challenges related to implementation of CPS in healthcare.
