Reaffirmation of the Apriori Framework & Curriculum through the Lens of Democracy: A Multidisciplinary Study [Reference: One Day Project Work, ISBN: 979-8-89277-211-2]

Jamir Ahmed Choudhury [7]

Abstract: Democracy is based on faith in the dignity and worth of every single individual as a human being. The Dictum De Omni Et Nullo presupposes that the Framework must be Universal and the Curriculum must be Affirmative. Humanistic Vision establishes cognizable relation between Justifiable Framework and Verifiable Curriculum. This article explores the intersection of Inalienable Natural Rights, as defined by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights [UN UDHR-1948], with the Apriori Framework such as Newton?s Third Law-?Equal & Opposite? and Corresponding Curriculum such as Einstein?s Binary Pulsar. It argues that the current ?Compulsory School Education? under ?One Global Text & Excellent Curriculum? of IBE-UNESCO fails to align with the Dictum, thus spoiling the democratic spirit and universally violating our Inalienable Natural Rights. The study urges reaffirmation of the ?Apriori Framework & Curriculum? in accordance with the Guiding Principles and in correspondence to the Reality for the sake of the existential imports of the Dialectic of Truth-Right-Justice, Sanctity of Education & Significance of Scientific Certainty, Moral Solidarity & Fundamental Freedom, and Utilitarian Liberation & Common End.
