Enhancing Retail Compliance through Automation: A Comprehensive Approach to Labor, Payroll, and Safety Standards
Abstract: Retail compliance, therefore, includes the observance of the rules and regulations set by the authorities, other standard-setting bodies, and other legal entities. This is when compliance management should be effective for the organization to maintain the labor and payroll standards to protect the rights of its workers as well as create safe working conditions. This article explains how automation can support compliance in retail processes. It deals with working time, working hours, resting periods, break time provisions, overtime, leave, and employee records. Also, it covers various ways through which automation is important in guaranteeing appropriate taxes and accountancy. The article also discusses workers' protection and keeping the workplace safe by effective management.
