Factors Affecting Dividend Payout Ratio Period 2011-2015

Abstract: This study analyzes the factors that affect dividend payout ratio policy on companies which are registered in agricultural sector for the period of 2011-2015. There are six companies that meet the criteria namely PT. Astra Agro Lestari (AALI), PT. London Sumatera Indonesia Plantation (LSIP), PT. New Tunas Lampung (TBLA), PT. Sampoerna Agro (SGRO), PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology (SMART), and PT. Bisi International (BISI). The method of analysisused to process the data is static panel data. . The result of panel data regression with selected method pooled least square shows that both variables ROEand Exchange Rate have positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio.
