Design Calculations, CAD Modelling and Analysis of Plastic Scrubber / Bullet Assembly Machine

Abstract: This paper will discuss in detail the design procedure and simulation results of the plastic bullet assembly machine. This machine is manufactured so as to reduce the production time and cost, to enhance overall production, to reduce man power and man fatigue. The machine works on the principle of a simple press machine which uses compressed air for its operation. A chuck with an indexer is provides for the 1200 rotation of bullet while manufacturing. This has as a result increased precession and accuracy of the production.
