It should be distinguished from interstitial pregnancy. Timely intervention can preserve fertility and prevent life threatening complications. We report a rare case of angular ectopic pregnancy which was initially thought to be interstitial pregnancy and diagnosis confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
