Role of Nanotechnology in Shaping the Future of Mobile and Wireless Devices
Supriya Lokhande, Rupali Pate
Abstract: The devices in the future have to become more efficient, and easier to use. This paper reviews and examines the profound impact that nanotechnology would have on mobile devices in particular and future wireless devices in general. Devices of ultra-high-speed, long-range communication links, portable and power-efficient computing devices, high-density memory and logics and robust energy devices can be manufactured with the help of nanotechnology.
