Abstract: Spontaneous adrenal hemorrhage (SAH) is a serious medical condition associated with variable clinical presentation depending on the extent of the hemorrhage. It is seen in absence of trauma or adrenal tumor. the incidence of SAH has been reported from 0.14 to 1.1 % and usually involves right gland. Pregnancy induced adrenal hemorrhage is poorly understood and is very rarely seen.
