Effective Resource Scheduling in Content Delivery Networks Using Dynamic Flow Equilibrium

Abstract: In this paper, a new work load analysis and task scheduling scheme is introduced, which is named as Dynamic Flow Equilibrium a work scheduling scheme in CDN, which handles the dynamic loads and allocates the load to the appropriate content delivery server.
