Bilateral Indolent Mooren's Ulcer ? A Rare Case Report

Abstract: Moorens ulcer is a rare idiopathic peripheral ulcerative keratitis, causing progressive peripheral guttering of cornea. A 62 year old male presented with progressive bilateral peripheral guttering of cornea with no associated systemic symptomes. He was treated with topical steroids and conjunctival resection with amniotic membrane transplantation. Patient was improved symptomatically.
