As such this paper developed a model named as ELTA to measure the effectiveness of a subject in a study programme. The development of the model is based on the fact that the effectiveness of learning process is influenced by the level of satisfaction of the stakeholders and also results from the total synergy used in the learning process. The model was validated through interviews with stakeholders. The validation revealed that the model offers valid, reliable, and useful results for evaluating the effectiveness of a subject that claims to be generic to subject and non-culturally specific.
