Primary data includes data obtained directly from respondents or informants through in-depth interviews with a final questionnaire of 40 respondents consisting of various professions, while secondary data is data obtained from documents that have been authorized or have published. Women's participation in urban village development strongly influenced by different factors, ranging from socio-economic, cultural, to lifestyle issues. Groups identified as mothers or socialite women living in luxury housing tend to be less concerned with the common interests of people, while women or mothers who live in ordinary or village house although they have a high level of concern for development issues run by sub-district was facing various problems when running the role of participation.
