Analysis of Copyright Act 2002 of Nepal

Abstract: This article is analysis of Nepalese Copyright Act 2002 with different perspectives to TRIPS agreement and find out if the Act is harmonized with the agreement or not, also aims to find out different challenges in the enforcement of the Act. It tends to address the challenges of the protection of Copyright in the digital aspects which is one of the emerging issue in the modern world.
