Abstract: Academic achievement is a concern not only for the teacher, but also for parents and all those interested in the field of education and teaching. Many factors come into play for its positive realization, but through this work we present the situation related to the qualification of secondary school teachers in order to evaluate its impact on the educational outcomes of learners.
