By approaching the benefits of such experience, the processes involved in developing new perceptions will be shown, as well as the adaptation and socialization processes. Among the main findings are how meaningful these experiences can be - unique and singular - for the person dancing, in which the sensory elements are identified, named and transformed with new meanings, therefore providing several benefits, such as physical, psychological and socialization ones.
