Abstract: The digital age has revolutionized various aspects of society and the field of nursing is no exception. With the rapid advancement of technology, nursing practice has transformed significantly, enabling healthcare professionals to provide more efficient, accurate, and patient - centered care. Embracing an array of innovative tools and technologies to improve patient care, enhance healthcare outcomes, and streamline nursing processes. This article explores the key aspects of modern nursing in the digital age, highlighting the transformative impact of technology on nursing practice. The article highlights several key areas where technology has influenced nursing, including electronic health records, tele - health, mobile applications, artificial intelligence, and robotics. Digital technology has become an integral part of nursing education, with the need to adapt teaching, learning, and assessment processes to incorporate digital training programs and tools such as simulation and tele - health (Coelho et al., 2022).
