Abstract: Emerging pandemic show that humans are are not infallible and communities need to be prepared. The world faces a severe and acute public Health emergency due to the outcoing COVID - 19 global pandemic. the COVID 19 outbreak raises unique ethical dilemmas because it makes demands on society from all sector of life. All around us we can see for ourselves how us individual family organization are adapting to survive.
