Rights of Minorities in Bangladesh: An Overview

Abstract: Human rights are of great significance today. Different minorities exist, such as ethnic, lingual, religious and racial minorities, with different tendencies derived from different cultures and civilizations. This qualitative research studies about the case of minorities rights in Bangladesh and the current situation over there. Minority populations typically exist in a state of insecurity and terror in Bangladesh. Sustaining a climate of hegemony and minority intolerance as the structural reasons for this parenting have already been figured out. It is being observed through the study that being a minority woman, they are more prone to discrimination and are being most unsafe population in Bangladesh. In the wake of national efforts, religious minorities primarily encounter problems resulting from populism and broader societal prejudices. The paper further unfolds the government initiatives along with the reality of everyday persecution. Bangladesh was born with the sacrificing of unlimited blood. For the betterment and growth of the nation representative government should be incorporated and enforced in and out of the doors of state bodies in a manner that is practicable. For all, it is a culture of love and respect that one must obey.
