Abstract: Pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary aspergillosis and lung cancer are amongst the most common causes of pulmonary cavities; however, concurrence of all three in a patient is rare. Here we present unusual case of pulmonary cavity synchronised with spindle cell tumour tuberculosis and aspergillosis.
