This paper analyzes the integration of serverless fog computing into data center ecosystems, highlighting its architecture, benefits, and challenges. The approach promises significant reductions in energy demand and operational costs, contributing to more sustainable practices in AI operations. The purpose of this paper is to showcase serverless fog computing as a viable solution for reducing the carbon footprint and promoting energy-efficient AI applications. The significance of this study lies in its potential to guide the development of more energy-efficient data centers, which is crucial in the context of the escalating energy demands and environmental concerns associated with digital technology and AI operations.
