Financial Statement Analysis of Godrej Properties Ltd Through Ratio Analysis

Abstract: This study evaluates the financial performance of Godrej Properties Ltd., a prominent Indian real estate developer, through financial statement analysis using the ratio analysis technique. Key metrics, including liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios, are applied to assess the company?s ability to manage costs, meet obligations, and achieve sustainable growth. Findings indicate that Godrej Properties Ltd. maintains strong financial health with effective cash flow management and strategic debt practices, positioning the company for continued success in the competitive real estate sector.
