The paper delves into the cultivation, economic significance, and sustainable practices associated with aromatic crops in the state of Odisha, situated on the eastern coast of India. The region's diverse climatic conditions and fertile soil provide an ideal canvas for the cultivation of aromatic crops, including lemongrass, citronella, vetiver, palmarosa, basil, mint, and chamomile.
