Dr. Akanksha Rajendra Mohite
Abstract: This case study examines a 60 - year - old female patient who presented with a reduction in vision in both eyes, which was diagnosed as immature cataracts upon slit - lamp examination. Additionally, an elevated, fleshy red lesion characteristic of conjunctival papilloma was observed during a torch examination. The patient, who referred to the lesion as a flower in her left eye, had no complaints regarding it and did not return for further evaluation. This study highlights the clinical presentation, potential configurations, and common locations of conjunctival papilloma, as well as the importance of follow - up in managing such cases.
