Effectiveness of Planned Teaching Programme on Knowledge Regarding Febricidal Measures in Children among Mother's at Jabalpur District (M.P)

Abstract: the study was aimed to assess the effect of planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding frbicidal meseaures in children among mothers. Methodology-quasi experimental study with 60 samples, one group pre test post test design was used to assess the significane of planned teaching programme. data was analysed based on the objectives and hypotheses by descriptive and inferential statistics is that percentage, , Mean, Standard deviation. The -t- test and Chi- square to test. Finding of the study shows that the pre test mean knowledge score was6.25. The post test mean knowledge score is 16.65. The post test score of group is significant at P<0.05 %. There is a significant difference in the post test score, which clearly indicates that there has been an increase in the knowledge level of mothers of children between the age of 0 - 8 years regarding the febricidal measures administration of planned teaching program. The association findings was done to find out the relationship of knowledge with selected demographic variables by using Chi square test and calculating- P- value it was found that the socio demographic variable like the age of the mother was found most significant
