Two-Dimensional Transient Thermoelastic Problem for A Hallow Cylinder with Internal Heat Generation
Warsha K. Dange
Abstract: The present paper deals with the determination of temperature distribution, displacement and thermal stresses of hallow cylinder with internal heat generation. I apply integral transform techniques to find the thermoelastic solution. The results are obtained as series of Bessels functions. Numerical calculations are carried out for hallow cylinder made up of aluminum metal and illustrated graphically.
