Dr. B. Suresh Lal is a renowned Professor, Head, and Chairman of the Department of Economics, as well as Principal of University Campus College at Kakatiya University, Warangal, Telangana, India. With an illustrious career spanning 28 years, he has made significant contributions to development economics, health economics, and tribal studies. In addition to teaching postgraduate courses, Dr. Lal supervises doctoral scholars and has established himself as an esteemed editor of the International Journal of Environment and Development. His prolific body of work includes 24 books and over 130 peer-reviewed articles.
