Modal Analysis of Equal Spacing around Sun Gear Double Power Branch System

Abstract: Modal analysis techniques are applied to characterize the planar dynamic characteristics of two planetary gears. Rotational and translational vibrations of the sun gear, star gear, and planet gears are displayed in planetary transmission system. This paper obtained star and planetary gear system vibration mode, coupling vibration modal under different classes of frequencies, and are observed in the analysis and compared to the results from planetary transmission system land based integration test. The first level of star gear and second planetary gears in the respective gear transmission around sun gear equal spacing layout, regularity modal system vibration is obvious.
