Article Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Authors should not consider their manuscript withdrawn until they receive an official Formal Withdrawal Confirmation Letter from the International Journal of Science and Research (IJSR). If this confirmation is not received, the journal reserves the right to formally object to the publication of the manuscript in any other journal or platform.
By submitting an article for consideration, the Corresponding Author automatically agrees to the Article Withdrawal & Refund Policy of the journal. The journal ensures that all processes are conducted efficiently and within the stipulated timelines, incurring expenses related to article processing, reviewer remuneration, and logistical costs.

If the final submission or online publication is still pending, the journal will deduct 50% of the paid Article Processing Charge (APC) along with transaction fees. The remaining balance will be refunded through the most feasible method.

Once the final submission is completed or the article has been published, refunds will not be available.
