Statesmen open major sports competitions, the streets of multi-million cities are empty during the hours when the games of the World Championships in football and hockey are held. The impact of sports on people's moods and lifestyles is increasing. In this regard, it is especially important that modern sports serve humanistic ideals and universal values.
