Dielectric Study of Binary Mixtures of Sec-Butyl Alcohol and Ethylenediamine at Microwave Frequency
B. S. Narwade
Abstract: In this paper the values of dielectric constant () and loss factor () have been experimentally determined for binary mixture of Secondary Butyl Alcohol +Ethylenediamine at 9.85 GHz microwave frequency at 25oC temperature. The values of and have been used to evaluate the molar polarization (P12) and the excess permittivity (,). The excess parameters for viscosity (), square refractive index () and activation energy () also determined for viscous flow. These parameters have been used to explain the molecular interaction and formation of complex in the mixture.
