"The Wasteland: As a Social Anomaly of Modern Times" or (A Tragic Equation of Global Society after World War - 01)

Abstract: Eliot's poem wasteland is a poetry collection written between two devastating Wars', which effectively depicts the bleak situation of modern era from and economic and social point of view. Which reflect a sharp attack on objectivity of modern literature. According to me - Wasteland is a satirical poetry that reflects the erosion of moral values in modern society, which forces us to consider the consequences of war and the important of preserving our collective humanitarian ideology. It means - wasteland is a collection of poetry show the real form of the tragic equation that arises when society engages in destructive conflicts and gives rise to the background of a dark - future.
