Thermal Analysis of Moving Porous Fins with MoS2 Nanoparticles Using HPM
Madhura K R, Ambika E S, Sumithra B M
Abstract: This study investigates the thermal performance of a trapezoidal moving porous fin immersed in MoS2 based nanofluids using the Homotopy Perturbation Method (HPM). By transforming the governing equations into dimensionless forms and analyzing them parametrically, the research demonstrates the effect of dimensionless physical quantities such as Peclet number, Sherwood number, and radiative parameters on the temperature distribution. Results validate the superiority of nanofluids in enhancing thermal dissipation over conventional fluids, offering a valuable framework for applications in automotive and aerospace industries.
